Dry Clean Recommended: Professional dry cleaning is preferred. If hand washing, use cold water below 25°C and soak for no more than 3 minutes.
Mild Detergents Only: Use a neutral detergent for silk. Strictly avoid alkaline soaps, bleach, and fabric softeners.
Gentle Drying: Hang to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight, wringing, or pulling.
Low-Heat Ironing: Steam iron on low-medium heat with a pressing cloth. Never iron directly on the fabric.
Storage: Store flat in a dry, dark, and moth-proof environment to prevent permanent creases.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note: Custom-cut silk brocade fabrics and personalized bespoke bags are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
