Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, order size, product type, and shipping service selected.
- Standard International Shipping Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days. Cost: $9.90 (Free Shipping on orders over $99).
- Express Shipping (e.g., DHL/FedEx/UPS) Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days. Cost: $29.90.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that custom-cut silk brocade fabrics and handcrafted items require meticulous preparation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Loongweave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. As we ship internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding these charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos or videos of the damaged items so we can assist you promptly.If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.
